AccommodationThe resort’s 100 spacious suites and villas are scattered throughout the gardens and are stylishly decorated with modern amenities complementing a traditional Seychellois style. All suites are furnished with a private balcony or terrace, air conditioning, flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, plush day beds, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Junior Suites are on the upper floors with balconies overlooking the gardens whilst Garden Junior Suites occupy the ground floor and feature private terraces that open directly onto the gardens. Beach Villas offer more space and as well as a private plunge pool, outdoor rain shower and direct beach access, while the Grand Beach Villas are even more sumptuous, with a four poster bed, lounge area, dining room and an extensive private terrace with a large pool and relaxation cabana.
Restaurants And BarsThe resort’s seven restaurants offer a variety of dining experiences and cuisines. Vasco’s is the main buffet restaurant, serving international fare in a bright, contemporary setting; or, hidden away in the gardens, there is the romantic Eden, offering the freshest seafood and Creole cuisine. For a taste of French Polynesia head to Trader Vic’s, the hotel’s signature restaurant where you’re assured a delicious meal as well as a mean Mai Tai cocktail, all served in an atmospheric tropical setting. The resort is also renowned for its Japanese restaurant, Seyshima, where a mouthwatering selection of Teppanyaki and sushi is offered.

FacilitiesBe as energetic or lethargic as you like, with an infinity pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, kayaks, snorkelling, scuba diving and complimentary yoga sessions six days a week. The inviting Sesel Spa has seven treatment rooms, including two just for couples, plus a hydrotherapy room and La Vie en Rose beauty salon. The Treetop Kids’ Club for ages 3-12 yrs organises activities including painting and sandcastle building, and there is also a separate kids’ pool. For those wanting to get out and about, the surrounding Beau Vallon neighbourhood is well worth exploring with a good selection of restaurants and a weekly street-food fair within walking distance; you’re also just a five-minute drive from Morne Seychelles National Park, and 10 minutes from the island’s capital, Victoria, with its colourful local market.
