Holidays in Cuba, Caribbean
There is nowhere quite like CUBA!
It is the Caribbean’s largest and least commercialised island with some of the best beaches.
The enduring pulse of Salsa and the most sought after cigars in the world combine with a unique history of Spanish colonialism and post-war revolution to mould the very special magic of this Island.
Cuba is one of those places in the world where time, though not standing still, has certainly slowed; it is this quality, which attracts discerning travellers to the island - and causes them to return.
It is not simply that the pace of life is gentler – what really enchants visitors is the courtesy and consideration shown to them by the Cubans, and the extraordinary beauty of an island where town and country alike have escaped the blight of large scale modern development.
Although you can’t quite hear the colonial architecture peeling off the streets, even Cuba’s larger towns are pretty relaxed. The most frenetic it gets is in the middle of an enthusiastic chachacha, and the loudest it gets is behind one of the huge old American cars chugging the streets.
It is only a matter of time before American imposed travel and trade barriers fall. No doubt millions will come when flights from Miami resume, so the time to go is now!!
